Bonuses are non-transferable, subject to availability, and may be substituted with equivalent items at the sole discretion of Soundbox Depot. Shipping and taxes are excluded from sales calculations. Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Soundbox Depot in promotional content and refrain from false or misleading claims about products or services. Non-Guarantee of Income: Participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee earnings. Affiliate commissions are solely based on sales generated through valid links. Results may vary depending on individual efforts and external factors. Termination Rights: Soundbox Depot reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program for any reason, including but not limited to violations of the program terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviors detrimental to the Soundbox Depot brand. Payment and Taxes: Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and managing any applicable taxes on earned commissions. Soundbox Depot is not responsible for affiliates' tax obligations or failures to comply with tax laws. Bonus Redemption: Bonuses awarded after thresholds are met may require additional steps for redemption, such as direct requests or confirmation of shipping details. After cumulative retail sales of $3,000 (or equivalent thresholds), bonuses will no longer be automatic and must be redeemed upon request. Liability Limitation: Soundbox Depot is not responsible for any technical errors, delays in payments, or unforeseen circumstances that may impact the Affiliate Program. Affiliates agree to hold Soundbox Depot harmless from any claims or disputes arising from participation in the program. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to the Affiliate Program will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state where Soundbox Depot is headquartered. Affiliates waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Soundbox Depot.
